Practices start Feb. 3 - The team wil begin indoor practice on Sunday, Feb. 3. We'll meet each Sunday in February (2/3, 2/10, 2/17, 2/24) from 8-9 a.m. at Extra Innings.

Winter Workouts

Stay in shape this winter. The team will resume practices on Sundays in February. In the meantime, take advantage of the workout programs and cages at Extra Innings on Rossville Boulevard.
